SHIPPING & RETURNS

It’s our endeavour to ensure smooth online operations. However, in case of any technical challenges faced, Our Customer Care Team will assist you accordingly.

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as
international orders.
All orders will be delivered within 4-6 weeks.
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working
days for standard deliveries.
 
SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the
packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and
handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
Shipping is free for domestic orders.
Shipping within India:
We offer free shipping on all products when paid for online by credit card, debit card or net banking.

International Shipping:
We ship all over the world, at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones.
0 - 0.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $15 / UK £12
0.6 - 1.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $20 / UK £16
1.6 - 4 kg → USA + rest of world USD $30 / UK £24
4.1 - 7.5 kg → USA + rest of world USD $70 / UK £56
7.5 kg+ → FREE
When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.
 
DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.
 
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS


All orders are processed from our own studio in Delhi. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
 
TRACKING PACKAGE


Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the
consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the
shipping agency.
 
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY


Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they
return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
 
MODES OF PAYMENT


For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide the option to pay using PayPal. PayPal is our third party payment gateways.


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY


You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Surbhi Gupta.
A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user’s credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
A product once delivered cannot be returned. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to alter the product:

  • MANUFACTURING FAULT : Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased.
  • ALTERATIONS : If you have placed an order with a customised size and it doesn’t fit you as per your requirement  we can offer to alter it for a perfect fit. You can send us an email at contact.surbhigupta@gmail.com  in case of sizing issue. Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
